I made the call to transport our second vehicle to our son in California. The company was courteous and answered all my questions about the process completely. When I called back to clarify the details of payment on the other end, I was given prompt service. The driver called me to set a time for pick up of the vehicle and when he realized that he could not bring a truck of that size on the main road leading to my home, he called and I was able to meet him in a convenient location. The loading of the car went smoothly and it arrived in California just four days after pick up. My son was able to communicate with the driver to faicilitate the pick up on the other end. This was an excellent service and I would use it again.
