I think that the customer service agent could have done a better job meeting the customer's needs. At the time when I made the order, I told her that I wanted the car to be picked up on 12/17. When the car was not picked up by 12/17, I had to make last-minute arrangements to have the car picked up on another day. I also had to pay $295 more than the original order price to have the car to be picked up on 12/23. I am submitting this review as part of the $100 rebate program.

We are sorry Paul was unhappy with our service. He did not choose guranteed pickup and had to expidite his shipment. We with Paul all the best.
