I am overall pleased with Evergreen Transport, even though nothing about my car shipment was as explained. The overall outcome however was quite satisfactory and I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others. And the price was quite fair.

I was at first a bit nervous, as at my initial contact, I spoke with Amy, then for over a week I did not hear back from anyone regarding my shipment. I called again and was told that Amy was no longer with the company as of the next day after I secured my arrangements.

I would like to see Evergreen at least keep in closer contact throughout the process or wait time. Much time would go by without my hearing from them. I would have to initiate the call. I did not care how long it took to receive my car, as I had two others to use, but had this been my only transportation and had I been expecting my car within the 7 day window, I would have been very disappointed in it taking so long to be assigned.

My luck was that my car was assigned to a single-car carrier at the spur-of-the-moment as he had a contract that would not fit on his carrier. Someone else's disappointment, became my good fortune.
