I bought a new car in Texas and was needing it delivered to Arkansas. They assigned a truck to pick it up on a certain day. That trucker apparently didn't realize the size of the vehicle and it would not fit. I needed the car by Christmas and this was about a week before. Evergreen Auto promptly found another trucking company to pick up my vehicle within the time frame we specified. I was extremely pleased with the customer service of Katie at Evergreen Auto. She truly cared about us and our situation. She answered every question I had. I would strongly encourage using Evergreen Auto and asking for Katie. If I ever need another auto transport, I will use them again. Thanks Katie for everything. Our car originally was suppose to pick the car up on 12/18 and deliver on 12/19. However, the car would not fit. Katie found another company quickly and picked the car up on 12/20 and delivered on 12/21 well before Christmas. Not only that, Katie felt bad about the situation that she booked an enclosed carrier to deliver the car. All for the same price which was $554 and then $100 rebate to make it $454. This was better than any other deal I have found. The car arrived in excellent condition. Overall, I was very pleased with every detail of the transaction and delivery.
