I am very pleased with the rate in which my bike was picked up and shipped. Within 4 days of calling my bike was being picked up and within 5 days of being picked up it was delivered. My only complaint is how dirty my bike was when it was recieved. Being parked under a car it had some oil and road debris/dirt on it. However its also something id expect using an open car carrier so really no big deal. Nothing a little soap and water cant take off. One thing to watch for when the shippers are loading the motorcycles though is they like to pick it up on your rear fender and not your rear rim....keep an eye out. Lucky no damage was done before i caught them. Overall i am very pleased. They may be a little bit higher priced however there great customer service and there expedited shipping speed make it well worth it. I am very pleased and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Evergreen to other people.
