We gave Jackie our best price cash or check instead of credit card. She decided to use her credit card and pay the extra amount. she could have paid via check by phone or fax. We always offer the lowest price we can. We don't even charge your credit card or deposit your check until you car is asigned to a carrier. We are sorry that Jackie was unhappy with our service.
