No pick up, no delivery and certainly no refund.

My wife contacted Evergreen Auto about transportation of our vehicle. We placed the request and paid our fees up front. When the day of estimated pick up came, the driver never showed up. Dismayed, we contacted Evergreen Auto and they stated that they were having difficulty locating a driver in that area that was heading towards our chosen destination. After 2 weeks of delays, we finally asked for our guranteed money back return, the customer service representative stated that it would take approximately 10 days, but the check would come in the mail. that was over 9 months ago and we still have not received a check, a call, any type of contact pertaining to our transaction. Also, all contact numbers we had for Evergreen Auto are now invalid. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company of any kind. Save you time, save you money and never use the services of this operation.
