We had a little problem with contact information in that the broker gave the transport company and me the wrong phone numbers. As soon as we sorted that all out the car was picked up and brought up to Seattle. It took longer than expected because of bad weather, but it was dropped off, and the car was taken care of on it's journey North. I would use them again. The driver started the car and warmed it up nightly, so the battery was charged in the cold weather. It all worked well. Bob
