I had requested a pick-up no sooner than December 7, and the car was picked up on December 8. The driver (Robert) was very courteous and the price was fair. I had received an email indicating the car would be delivered on December 11 from Evergreen Auto, but the driver informed me he could not make it until December 12 which worked fine for me. I would use the service again, and will again stay in close contact with the driver.
