I had an overall good experiance with this company. This was the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle and was happy with the service I received. I was told that the truck driver had departed Southern Florida the moring of my scheduled pick-up and I would get a call approximately 30 minutes before the truck would arrive at my addrress. I got the call and met the truck at approximately 8 p.m. on a Friday evening. I was somewhat suprised that it was that late and on a Friday no less. But the guys loaded up my car and hit the road. The vehicle made it to Hawaii in approximately 3 weeks and that was about a week earlier than expected. I picked up the vehicle today and all was well. The poeple at the port even gave me a voucher for a local carwash so I could get the vehicle washed for free.
