I called and got a quote from evergreen from Linda, I told her exactly what I needed shipped and she gave me the quote. I paid upfront because it was going from Alaska to the lower 48, she said that was considered overseas. They directly took the money out of my account and I was told they would push it to dispatch and they would notify me in a few days. Well 18 days later they tell me that the they quoted me wrong and it would have to be sent to corporate for a new quote. When I asked why I wasn't told this earlier, they gave me the excuse that Linda was new and she has never done an overseas qoute. So when I asked for a refund, they said they would have to mail it, if they can deduct right out of an account, why cant they put it directly back in? This company is a rip off and very inexperienced, I was quoted and I paid so they should honor that qoute. Don't do business with this company, they take your money and don't deliver. An enployee there said "When I go home I have to wash the filth off of me" now how is that for customer service.....Don't do business with this so called company.
