I received a very thorough review of the auto transport process. This helped me make the best decision on transporting my car out of state and meeting my schedule of when I needed the car. Evergreen Transport was the only company that provided me with this education out of 5 companies I contacted. Once I made the decision to use them and agreed on a transport level option (I chose first class), my car was picked up within 24 hours and received within 48 hours later. I was very pleased with the service and delivery timeline, but I also paid enough money that there was an incentive to pick up the car. If I had had more time to wait for delivery, I could have lowered my level of service and the car would have taken longer to get it to me, but I needed the car sooner and felt that paying more for delivery was worth the extra money. Everygreen Transport was helpful, knowledgable and patient with me in reviewing the shipping process. Their website is full of information and they are available for support over the phone more than most companies I contacted. I really appreciated this. Thanks.
