Hillary at evergreen auto was excellent about keeping me informed throughout the process. She followed up on all my requests and worked very hard to get my car shipped. She let me know what was happening very effectively. If She was not able to answer the phone the minute I called, she got back to me in less than 10 minutes due to finishing up on a call. She quoted me a very reasonable price of 1063.00 for a 980 mile trip. The quote wasn't filled right away, but she really tried to sell my shipment. We ended up selling the load for an additional 250.00 and that was still a great deal for me. After she sold the load, the carrier actually made the pick - up ahead of schedule. And to top that off, the carrier showed up a day before the due date. (The carrier made very good effort to confirm pick-up and delivery dates, time, and funds due upon delivery) Hillary also followed up very nicely to se if my delivery was made on time, safely, and in good condition. I enjoyed and learned quite a few things from this experience. I will definitely be using Evergreen auto transporters in the future, they were very helpful and made the stress of transporting a lot easier. Thanks. Ryan
