If I could do it all over again, I would chose any company other than ESTES. No one could do worse. I bought and had shipped a product that cost $10k and it was supposed to arrive in 5-7 business days. 10 days later and much wasted time on the ESTES chat line and not a single customer service rep can tell me where my package is. I use the ESTES online tracking feature and it comes up blank each time. The package is simply lost and there is no recourse but to refuse delivery, however, how can you refuse delivery if they never deliver? So save yourself a headache and chose any other company. You have nothing to lose because no one could do worse.
