Estes chosen by Home Depot to ship generator to us. It arrived in nearby facility, checked in... days later still not moved. Called and the local distribution center people claim they don't have the generator despite real time tracking on web site stating it is there. If I hadn't called they would never have noticed they lost (stole) the generator. Now stuck in back and forth between Estes local, the center previous to this one and Home Depot to figure where it is and if it can be refunded/replaced.
