My furniture order was scheduled for Tuesday, but it didn't arrive by evening. I called Estes, and they apologized for the driver not calling and said that he had been overwhelmed with lots of orders that day. That's fine, but I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know the order was not being delivered that day. Well, the order arrived the next day in very good condition. The driver was very nice and apologized for the previous day. He also put our furniture on a dally and brought it down our long driveway right to our front porch. That was a huge help because we didn't have a good way to get it down the driveway. So, it all worked out nicely.
