I dont even want to relive the experience, nobody is going to be reading these reviews after the fact.
1. One month until arrives at local warehouse.
2. Sits in warehouse for 1-2 weeks.
3. Nobody answers the phone locally.
4. National customer service pretends to help but then doesn't follow through.
5. Located the address, to physically arrive in person to pester them to find the package in thier warehouse.
6. They try to deliver it the next day. Guy gets confused because the house was a remodel and doesn't drop the package off.
7. Says he'll get it dropped off again soon.
8. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, no package.
9. Finally take it upon myself to physically drive over AGAIN, this time with truck and trailer, and finally grab the package!
10. The whole time this is happening im getting fake out text and emails about how the package is being delivered.
11. Nobody at local branch ever answers the phone.
After two months of living without an air conditioner in the hottest summer on record for my region, I finally have my air conditioner because I went and GOT IT MYSELF
