Their motto is supposed to be "On time delivery and On time appointments" , but nothing can be further from the truth. We had a scheduled delivery (with a 4 hour window because they just assume we have nothing better to do for 4 hours), and they did not showed up. They didn't even bother to call to say they were not going to deliver. After several phone calls, they had the nerve to tell me that their system did not show an appointment scheduled and that it will take another 24 to 48 hours fro someone to call me back to schedule another appointment. The ironic thing is that our package is only 20 minutes away from our location, and has been sitting in their warehouse since Friday (today is Tuesday). We even offer to go pick it up, but they said it was not possible. Their new motto should be: "Never On time, Always a miss delivery".
