If I could give 0 stars I would. They were Supposed to set up a delivery appointment. I paid $450 for a delivery of a custom chandelier. I did not get what I paid for. They dumped the box at the side of the road at the delivery address. No appointment, no signature... they emailed me that very day and said they would be calling “soon” to set up a delivery date/time and that someone must be there to receive the package ..they obviously had not idea that the package had already been left unattended and unsigned for.
