This company is the absolute worst. The drivers never show up to pick up the freight and then lie to dispatch and say they came and no one was at the business. This has happened to our compnay numerous times with Estes. I would NEVER recommend to another business and our company would never use them. Unfortunately, my customers get sucked in when they use FreightQuote.com. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR FREIGHT TO ACTUALLY BE DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
