Terrible customer service. I selected unattended delivery on the Estes website and received two emails of such. Today they cancelled my delivery and returned it to the store. They say they attempted to contact me and never saw the unattended delivery memo. When I called customer service with Estes and Walmart on the line Walmart reports all was well To ship to me and they do not have the return. Estes says they attempted to reach me multiple times and then returned the item. I never got a call on my cell, husband’s cell, or email and Estes has all of that info. Walmart is reissuing my $600 order and thinks the Estes driver stole the grill that should have been delivered to me today.
