Own a small business in Cincinnati and I work out of my home in Cincinnati - Ordered a shipment out of California and they (not me) used Estes Express Freight - Shipment got into Cincinnati on Saturday so I called them today (Monday) to schedule delivery - Was told because they needed a liftgate (which was on the label) they were transferring the shipment to their Florence, Ky terminal because they have the liftgate trucks - When I asked for the phone number for the Florence, Ky terminal they refused to give it to me - I then asked that someone from the Florence, ky terminal call me but that never happened - So lets get this straight - My shipment is in Cincinnati and I live in Cincinnati but because they don't have a liftgate the are sending it out of state - Are you freaking crazy - If you do you research on this company they have awful awful reviews all over the country - They deserve 0 stars Part:2 Estes Express showed up to my house with no appointment made - Did not call ahead or anything - When I asked for their supervisor's name and phone number they would not provide one - Said they were new - Plain white box truck with no name on it - If you are looking for the worse possible freight company look no further - They live up to 0 star rating
