In tracking a furniture order shipped from the northeast I learned my order was sitting at an Estes dock in Albany, GA. Upon calling, I was told they were not making deliveries to Florida due to hurricane Michael that hit the Gulf Coast over two weeks ago. I was given two options: drive 3.5 hours and pick it up myself or they would return the shipment! I advised them that disaster relief semis were making deliveries to the Gulf every day, but they would not budge!
