I was assured my order would be delivered no later than Friday. Friday the website said it had been delivered to the shipping address. Called to confirm nada. After multiple contacts and extend hold times I was told it wasn't even on the truck. Called the company and it took them over 24 hours just to locate the shipment. They said it would be delivered the following day. Last update the webpage said deliver was "attempted". Called to confirm, again, nada. Estes then said the lift gate was down but the driver never even contacted the receiver if he could off-load it. Now waiting to see WTF. A week late and still making excuses, this is costing me hundreds of dollars because they suck!!! If I could rate them - stars I would.
