Goods are damaged delivery late

I tried to use this company to transport my goods and deliver to my small business every two weeks. Every shipment has a few damaged bags and Estes escapes from responsibility for this damage. Last shipment is late and even when company scheduled delivery to me today they didn't deliver. Being so late they cause serious damage to my small business because I can't offer goods to my customers on time and I lost many of my customers. As excuse for late delivery they say that they lost cargo and didn't know what happened to it. There is no way to track shipment with Estes - their system shows nothing! It is completely unreliable company.
