Never gave an accurate time!

The problem with Estes is they are not truthful in what they tell you. They indicate they will be at your home between 12-2, but don’t call you back when it is 2:00. I had to call them numerous times and then they said it would be between 3:30-4:30PM that day which was a lie. At 4:30, I called them and they kept saying he is 30 minutes. After an hour they would say, he is 15 minutes away, then another hour goes by and I call them again and he is 3 minutes away. Still another hour goes by and he finally shows up around 7:45 PM at my house. The driver said I was the second delivery and his last. I don’t see how that can be. He could have gone two states away and still made it to my house a lot earlier. It was a joke. I would have gone to work had I known they were going to be late. I also had to pay movers overtime to wait hours to move the item into my house. If they would have just given me a reasonable time frame for that day, then I would have been fine with a correct time from the beginning. They should not promise a customer a delivery time if they can’t deliver it at that time. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING ESTES AGAIN!
