We had an order with Nationwide Transport Services, but starting a week before the agreed upon pickup date they would not return calls or emails to confirm the date and time.
I contacted Jennifer at Envision the day before we had to ship the car and she was able to set us up with same day transportation. I know this was an unusual circumstance to have a carrier ready and we were very fortunate. Jennifer, their dispatch contact and their driver would always answer the phone and provide helpful information. Most of the other transportation services were not available to answer the phone nor reply with email once they sent their initial quote.
We have not shipped a car before and thanks to Envision, the result was the best we could have hoped for.
