From the first phone call to John at Envision, the transport of my Saab 9-3 convertible went without a problem. The car was picked up on Long Island within the window of days available and although my block was too narrow to accommodate the pick-up, the transporter and I made other arrangements to have the car picked up on a larger street. The transport office and driver were in constant contact with me before pick-up, and after the 2,600 mile trip across the country, they were again in constant contact to inform me about the delivery. The delivery was made in only eight days after pick-up on my new and very wide street in Las Vegas. The driver was polite and courteous and drove my Saab right into my new driveway. I was very happy with the service. Should I need to have a car transported again, the first place I would call would be Envision.
