Anna from Envision was the first to contact me after submitting to get quotes for my 07 2500 silverado relocation, she contacted me within the first 10 minutes and was the only company that contacted me with the correct location I stated in the quote. She explained that to North Dakota from Michigan was a direct route and is more difficult to find drivers right away but she said she had people in mind and within a week she had a driver ready to go. Whenever I couldn't contact the drivers I could call her and she would contact the company directly and find out where the truck was and its destination. She was very nice and down to earth and felt she was being very straight forward. I would certainly deal with Anna from envision in the future. Price was inbetween all the others and wasn't over priced and pick up time frame was much quicker compared to 21 days from other companies. Also provided me with a direct contact number so I could contact her with any questions and concerns even when she was out of the office.
