When I was able to talk to John the service was great. The other two people that our case got handed to were not that good. They have since left the company. John was able to take care of both of our cars. One car was delivered cross country in 4 days the other took longer. Communication between the broker and i could have been better to status the car. but over all glad to have my cars back in one piece
