Moving is stressful for everyone. Jennifer was very patient with me and helpful. At first I did not realize that Envison was a broker company - meaning, they take your information and then place a listing for you to which drivers can respond and therefore pick up your car. I called mid-week, needing my car picked up on Sunday at the latest. No one was able to pick up the car before then and therefore I needed to arrange someone to be at the pick up location on Monday. This seemed like unforeseen circumstances, but like I said, moving is stressful! It would have been helpful to understand all this from the start, but this was my first time shipping a car and so maybe this is just how things work. :)
