It was a pleasure having Michael ship my vehicle. He was always there to answer my questions, no matter what. A true customer service expert! I did go a bit overboard at some points in the move because I was so nervous. The transport ended up working out perfect in the end. The driver was very nice, and he was even willing to let me put some things in my trunk. I would definitely use both services again.
