I recently purchased a NCRS Top Flight Corvette across country and have it on an agreed value insurance policy in the six figures. I needed to get the car from South Carolina to California. Mike at Envision actually LISTENED to what I wanted and then enthusiastically got to work for me. This was a pleasant change from average brokers who just steam roll through a sales pitch and don't listen.
Mike contacted me back just when he had promised; there was always the right amount of communication. Nothing is worse in a busy schedule than having to babysit a vendor who is not communicating or wasting time with endless communication that is pointless. Mike made realistic promises to me and delivered CONSISTENTLY.
I would only accept a fully enclosed trailer and the transporter was willing to accommodate some of my more demanding requests which I am sure ate up some of his time. Regardless, I received my Corvette in perfect shape, handled with white gloves, and I could not be happier with the service Mike and Envision provided to me.
It's all too easy to under-deliver in this day and age when so many talk about customer service but no one seems to know what it is; this is the happy exception when you have a low stress, hassle free, completely professional experience. I am proud to take a few minutes and let everyone else know what a great experience I had. If you are looking to move your car and want to deal with someone in the industry that KNOWS what they are doing you owe it to yourself to deal with Mike and the staff at Envision.
