I only have great things to say about Envision Auto Relocations and the staff there. My husband was initially responsible for fielding all of the calls about shipping our car to New York. He instructed me to call 3 companies back and I ended up reaching Michael. He explained the process very clearly and told me exactly what to expect. I was nervous at first, but he made me feel good eventually because he always answered the phone. Even on Sunday night when I couldn't reach the carrier, Michael called me from his cell phone. Sunday night!! In my mind, that's excellent service. In the end, everything worked out well and the car arrived in perfect shape. Take it from me, don't listen to all of those pushy salesmen with a cheap price. You get what you pay for. I'm very happy with our decision.
