Rena went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was as painless and smooth as possible...even when total chaos ensued between the auction house and autobidmaster. Rena remained devoted and went outside of her job description to assist me and provided comfort to me to assure that she was figuring out what the problem was. She is truly a very professional and devoted business woman and gives her clients the utmost respect and care.
