Based on all the reviews of other transport companies, I was a little hesitant to trust any company I chose, but I didn't really have a choice with the time frame of my move being so short. I was blown away though with the quality of service that Empire Auto Transport provided though, they had none of the issues I had read about with other companies. From the first moment I contact them I was always able to reach a person to discuss any questions I had regarding timing, or billing, or any issue at all. The quote they gave me was very reasonable and within a couple of hours of signing the paper work they had a driver assigned and scheduled. The driver arrived for the pickup on time, and despite a small delay due to mechanical failures the delivery was still made in short order, less than a week after pickup. I would definitely recommend using this company based on all the reviews I read for other transport companies, this one is definitely in the top tier.
