Empire was a shining star over a previous broker that I had made arrangements with. The previous broker had mislead me to beleiving that all was good to go and that my car transportation was all but delivered to the destination. Signaling me to proceed with leaving to my destination state. Well needless to say, after 1 week of arriving at my destination, my auto was not yet even picked up by a carrier. I had fired that broker and hired Brody at Empire. Brody had honestly and clearly described what it would take to get me my vehicle asap. Everything he had expalined came to fruition and 2 days later me and my auto were reunited! Nothing but good words and praise from me about the services of Empire Auto Transport Services!
