Even with me being in California it was easy to arrange for a friend to drop my car off with the driver in NY. This was my first time shipping a car and Tom at Empire explained the process to me thoroughly. My contract was easy to read and gave me peace of mind that everything would go as planned. I was quickly set up with a truck that would transport my car and all communications between myself, Empire and the driver were clear. Empire's great customer service eased my mind and after 4 days my car arrived 1 day ahead of schedule!
