I was working in California but unfortunately had to move home due to a family emergency. Everything happened really quickly and I was concerned about being able to get my car shipped before my flight. I received a lot of phone calls, most of them were BS brokers just trying to take my money. Matt from Empire called and explained everything to me, I could tell he was honest and really cared about the reputation of his company and understood the importance of my car being shipped on time. Matt went above and beyond my expectations, my car got picked up the day before my flight was booked. My car showed up about a week later in Massachusetts right to my door. The driver was professional and courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. Matt kept us informed throughout the shipment and always answered when we called. I can not express the value of having peace of mind about my car throughout the rest of my ordeal.
After reading about so many horror stories on this site, I’m so glad I chose the right company. THANKS MATT!!
