Hauler/ company owner was very rude. No updates. No communication, just drama from haulers side. Hauler tried to raise price from original quote substantially. Pick up was a nightmare, location changed on my way up to meeting point a few times until hauler mentioned a good parking spot right in front of a vet clinic... Alarmbells went off. Horse on 3 legs, hauler claimed it must have happened within the last 20 minutes. Turned out, untreated hoofabcess, horse has been lame for days and instead of informing the owner (me) about this, hauler used cooling gel on his leg and wanted the emergency vet to trabquilize the horse, again (she did this 3 times without given consent). Emergency vet denied this. Horse was covered in sweat, shaking. One hour on our trailer and we had a different horse: Bright eyed again, relaxed, no shaking and sweat had dried off. Do NOT use this company.
