After having received a gazillion emails and phone calls of companies trying to get me to ship my car with them, I chose Elite Transport Service because they gave me a fair quote, had great reviews and were matching the recommended behavior that is recommended for this type of company to have (this required lots of research online, etc., so I would recommend that you do your homework before hiring any company).
Everything was as quoted, the pickup was on time and so was the delivery. Katarina, from Elite Transport Service responded all my questions and the lady from the transport company (Sunset Palms Auto Transport) kept me informed about where the driver was, the times, etc., so that was pretty good overall.
My car arrived ok, and I even had stuff in the trunk and everything was there and well when I checked. The only suspicious thing that I noticed was that the language of my car's computer, which includes the navigation system and other functionalities, was changed from English to Spanish (and I think some other settings were also changed); so, I'm not sure if they were playing with the car or what happened, but I noticed that. Other than the issue with the language change, everything was ok with the car.
Would I use this company again? I had a good experience so, yes, I would :)
