First shipment was transporting a CLK320 in an enclosed trailer, that went very well. Price was competitive, arrival of the trucker, arrival at the destination, car arrived clean, no problems. Second move was sending a FORD F-150 Utility truck to same address. Not so well. First of all, the original contract was not honored, the price went way up and we felt like we were stuck with no other choice. Price was still competitive after checking around for another shipping companies but the delay for pickup was unacceptable. Missed our window of delivery by a week or more. And large cash payment was expected at the other end by a person that spoke no English. That was not negotiable or part of the contract deal. Would like to have paid by credit card. Also, the trucker had to wait since my wife had to drive to the bank and get the demanded payment in cash.
