From the time I took the service ... I was in contact with the driver and the dispatcher. We texted and was emailed instructions, the differences in services from them and others... the differences in cost etc. to make an informed decision. Car was delivered sooner than expected... which was good. means it will be there when I arrive. Great service will be using again in April maybe.
