I had to ship my daughters car from NJ to CA. I put in a request in one of the online portals. I was contacted by Alice Wilson. She is a consummate customer service professional, Alice was there all the way from negotiating a reasonable price to ensuring the logistics around vehicle pickup and delivery. She made a generally stressful situation pleasant. I wish everyone in customer service is as helpful and nice as Alice. If at all possible I woul have awarded her 10 stars.
