I tried to use an agent aggregator to find a good price to ship a car, and ended up with a bunch of useless offers and some too-goo-to-be-true prices that could not be delivered upon. Jay gave me a call and walked me through the process, clearly communicating how the transport business works and setting my expectations. He was patient with my questions and wanted to ensure I received service I would be happy with. He also helped me understand options, one of which was moving the car to another city to obtain a better rate.
When the time came to ship, Jay communicated very clearly how to do it and what to expect. The independent transporter was great and took extra care with my vehicle. They delivered ahead of schedule and were flexible.
Overall I am very pleased with the experience and will Use Elite Auto Shipping again.
