DO NOT USE THEM! The worst customer service and I had to bug them repeatedly to get my deposit refunded for 3 weeks. Sure, when you are first looking for quotes, they are available and so confident that everything will be shipped on time. Took the deposit and my car sat there for a week. I kept reaching out to see what was going on and got the same response "its a busy time...but your car will be picked up". Meanwhile I am spending money on a rental car for an extra week because my car wasn't being picked up. So, it turns out, the way auto shipping works is that you need to bid for an appropriate price, or else your car just simply won't get picked up. Kobe certainly didn't tell me this, but gladly took my deposit for a low-ball quote just to reel me in. I ultimately went with another auto shipping company which got it picked up in 3 days from the time I first spoke to them...it cost more...but that's how this whole process works. Kobe promised me a refund for THREE WEEKS..."its coming, its coming". Then after being fed up, I called one last time and he said "oh, we don't give refunds". After reaching his boss...who then put me on hold for 20 mins (without an explanation)...they finally gave me a refund (probably because they were sick of me calling). Bottom line...bait and switch. Don't go for the lowest quote...learn from my mistakes.
