They agreed to pick up the car last week. The driver declined the pick up because he could not wait. The company never called me to inform me the car would not be delivered. I called the drive on Monday expecting the delivery. That's when I was informed the car was never picked up. I immediately called Elite Auto and was promised it would he resolved. Three days later I still did not have a driver or pick up date. I called and no one returned my call. When they finally returned the call they did not want to refund my money. Now I am having to fight them to get my money back on a service never performed. It was there error and miscommunication with the driver. The customer service is horrible. Use another shipper to avoid the headache!
