Elite hit it out of the park for me! With one of the most economical quotes I received, they came through even though they only had 48 to arrange a shipment with a 3 day window for pickup. Danielle understood the penalties if my truck was picked up after the window closed. My truck was picked up on the second day, Right in the middle of the window. Their dispatch called before pickup with schedule information and to verify the pickup location. The driver called with specific timing and vehicle identification which was important to me as I was on the receiving end. I received an in-transit message of when my truck would be delivered which was actually the next day even though it was a 600 mile transport. Well done!!
