This company is very dishonest. On Dec 11, 2017 I arranged for a car to be shipped from Auburn WA to Jacksonville NC. I was told it would be picked up between 48 and 72 hours later. After 1 week I contacted Elite Auto Shipping and they told me they had a truck break down and were trying to find another truck to pick it up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was close to the Holidays. Little did I know that they had credited my credit card the initial $150.00 down payment, and re charged me $200.00. I didn't ask them to, and I didn't cancel their service. After this happened I never could get a hold of them, so I arranged to have my car shipped with Door to Door Transport. They had the car picked up within 3 days, and delivered a week later (this was in the middle of January). At this point I tried to cancel with Elite Auto Shipping. They have been very difficult to talk to, and are blaming me for canceling the pickup within 48 hours of it being scheduled. I am still waiting for my $200.00 refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
