Was lied to about the price and then they up'd the price the day before.

I had agreed to a price given to me by the representative Miguel. I gave them all the info about the vehicle. We agreed on a price and a pick up date. He said he was going to send me the contract and we would do the deposit.I waited and nothing was sent. I sent a message asking to get the contract done and he replied stating the price was now $300 more. The day before pickup. I have all his text messages and emails stating the agreed upon price. I told them this was not right to do and he wouldn't reply. I called the main office and the manager said there was nothing he could do. Or should I say "nothing he was willing to do". They lied and didn't care.
